The
Ceremony
Steve
and Mary Jean were married in a romantic, private, civil ceremony
at the Justice of the Peace in Bozeman, Montana, at 2:15 PM on Friday,
September 20, 2002. Friends of the couple were in attendance as
witnesses.
What
They Wore
Mary
Jean wore a beautiful tea length, emerald green velvet dress, black
velvet pumps, and carried a bouquet of fresh, mixed, summer flowers
from their garden. Her hair was adorned with a barrette of lavender
flowers; and ribbons and pearls cascaded down her curled, auburn
hair. Mary Jean has a glass works studio where she designed and
created the jewelery she wore for her wedding day.
Steve
wore a classic black suit, white shirt with dark purple stripes,
and tie of lavender and blue. He wore black dress shoes, and a lavender
boutonniere.
The
Celebration
Steve,
Mary Jean and their friends returned to the couple's home and celebrated
first with cake and champagne, and then headed off to a romantic
dinner and to soak at Chico Hot Springs and Resort.
The
Honeymoon
The
couple plan to honeymoon at a later date by traveling around Montana
visiting friends and relatives. The couple are at home in Bozeman,
Montana.
